Common applications
The side of a filament spool or cable reel has a large round face for a material and colour label.
A large round or square on the lid of a food box carries the brand and sometimes the order or flavour.
Tubs and takeout containers often get a lid label with the product name, date or allergens.
A tidy label on a gift box or basket with the brand or a seasonal message.
Hand out stickers at events, add them to orders or sell them; bigger sizes get stuck on laptops and bottles.
These are typical uses, not requirements. Measure your container first; the FAQ below shows how.

Centre the main element. Circles are cut on a round die, so anything near the edge is the first thing to look off-centre. A label this big can carry the whole story, but leave white space so the product name still stands out.

4 in circle labels FAQ
Prices and roll counts on this page are estimates. The quote builder gives your exact price before checkout, and every order starts with a free proof.
Expect roughly $202.25 CAD for 1,000 matte roll labels at this size, which works out to $0.202 per label; 250 come to about $135.33. The table above lists more quantities. Your exact price, with standard shipping, appears in the quote builder as soon as you set the quantity.
We wind rolls to your order. As a guide, a single-lane roll of 4 in circle labels on a 3 in core and up to 6 in across holds about 770 labels. Larger orders are split over several rolls. If your dispenser or applicator needs a specific core, roll size or count per roll, add a note to your order.
On rolls they cost the same, because shape is not priced. A 4 in circle gives about 12.57 sq in of label against 16.00 sq in for a 4 × 4 in square, so pick the square if you need the corners for text and the circle for lids and seals.
Measure the flat part of the lid, not the outside rim. A 4 in circle sits comfortably on a flat area of about 4.25 in (108 mm) or more, which leaves roughly 1/8 in all round. If the flat area is smaller, look at the next size down.
Four stocks are available: matte (about $202.25 per 1,000 here), glossy ($214.38), clear ($230.56) and freezer grade ($246.74). Pick glossy for brighter colour, clear for glass and clear plastic, and freezer grade for anything stored cold.
4 in is about 102 mm. You can switch the quote builder to centimetres and enter the size in cm if your packaging is specified in metric.
