Common applications
The side of a filament spool or cable reel has a large round face for a material and colour label.
Tubs and takeout containers often get a lid label with the product name, date or allergens.
A large round or square on the lid of a food box carries the brand and sometimes the order or flavour.
Hand out stickers at events, add them to orders or sell them; bigger sizes get stuck on laptops and bottles.
A tidy label on a gift box or basket with the brand or a seasonal message.
These are typical uses, not requirements. Measure your container first; the FAQ below shows how.

Need a little more or less room? Compare circle labels one step smaller: 3 in, 3.25 in and one step larger: 3.75 in, 4 in, or browse all label sizes.
If your logo is wider than it is tall, scale it so it clears the curve on both sides, not just the top and bottom. A label this big can carry the whole story, but leave white space so the product name still stands out.

3.5 in circle labels FAQ
Prices and roll counts on this page are estimates. The quote builder gives your exact price before checkout, and every order starts with a free proof.
About $161.17 CAD for 1,000 ($0.161 each) and $128.96 for 250, on matte roll stock. At 5,000 the total is about $390.16, or $0.078 per label. These are approximate prices from our live price list as of October 6, 2026; the quote builder shows your exact price, including standard shipping, before you add to cart.
Typically about 880 per roll, based on one lane of labels on a 3 in core wound up to 6 in across. Bigger orders ship on more than one roll, and you can ask for a set count per roll in your order notes.
Measure the flat part of the lid, not the outside rim. A 3.5 in circle sits comfortably on a flat area of about 3.75 in (95 mm) or more, which leaves roughly 1/8 in all round. If the flat area is smaller, look at the next size down.
About 89 mm. If your packaging drawings are metric, switch the quote builder to CM and type the size directly.
On rolls they cost the same, because shape is not priced. A 3.5 in circle gives about 9.62 sq in of label against 12.25 sq in for a 3.5 × 3.5 in square, so pick the square if you need the corners for text and the circle for lids and seals.
The smallest quantity is 100 labels, and orders have a $50 minimum. 100 of these come to about $124.83, already above the minimum, so a short run is fine.
