We wind rolls to your order. As a guide, a single-lane roll of 6 × 9 in rectangle labels on a 3 in core and up to 6 in across holds about 350 to 520 labels. The range depends on whether the long or short side runs along the roll, which follows the unwind direction you choose. Larger orders are split over several rolls. If your dispenser or applicator needs a specific core, roll size or count per roll, add a note to your order.
It is the same label turned 90 degrees, and the price is identical. Type the size the way your artwork reads (portrait or landscape), then choose the unwind direction that suits how you apply the labels.
Four stocks are available: matte (about $447.40 per 1,000 here), glossy ($474.24), clear ($510.03) and freezer grade ($545.82). Pick glossy for brighter colour, clear for glass and clear plastic, and freezer grade for anything stored cold.
The price per label falls as quantity goes up: about $0.720 each at 250, $0.447 at 1,000 and $0.248 at 5,000. For bigger runs, choose a custom quantity in the quote builder to see the exact total.
Measure the flat or straight part of the container. The label needs a panel at least 6 in by 9 in, with a little margin. If you want it to wrap all the way around, the long side (9 in) covers a round container of about 2.9 in diameter with a small gap.
