about $693.39 for 1,000Choose 9 in when you need a sign-size circle; it works well for menus, price boards and display signs and pails, buckets and large tubs. The label covers about 63.62 sq in (229 mm) and has room for sign-style artwork: big graphics readable from across a room, or a full sheet of instructions, specs or a diagram.

Curved text along the top or bottom edge reads well on a circle; keep it inside the safe area so it is not trimmed by the cut. Design at full size and check it from a few steps back: headline text should be large enough to read at a distance, and images need enough resolution for the print size (about 300 dpi at final size).

9 in circle labels FAQ
Prices and roll counts on this page are estimates. The quote builder gives your exact price before checkout, and every order starts with a free proof.
On matte rolls, 250 labels are about $224.12 CAD, 1,000 about $608.23 and 5,000 about $1,618.59 ($0.324 each). Prices are approximate, taken from our live price list on October 6, 2026. Enter your quantity in the quote builder for the exact total with standard shipping included.
Rolls are wound to order, so the count can be adjusted. Our guide figure is about 350 labels per single-lane roll, assuming a 3 in core and a roll up to 6 in across. Tell us in the order notes if your applicator needs something different.
Four stocks are available: matte (about $608.23 per 1,000 here), glossy ($644.73), clear ($693.39) and freezer grade ($742.05). Pick glossy for brighter colour, clear for glass and clear plastic, and freezer grade for anything stored cold.
Plan on a flat area of about 9.25 in (235 mm) across or more, such as a pail lid, box top, door or window. A circle this large should go on a flat or very gently curved surface; on a tight curve the edges can lift.
On rolls they cost the same, because shape is not priced. A 9 in circle gives about 63.62 sq in of label against 81.00 sq in for a 9 × 9 in square, so pick the square if you need the corners for text and the circle for lids and seals.
9 in is about 229 mm. You can switch the quote builder to centimetres and enter the size in cm if your packaging is specified in metric.
