2.75 × 9 in rectangle labels FAQ
Prices and roll counts on this page are estimates. The quote builder gives your exact price before checkout, and every order starts with a free proof.
On matte rolls, 250 labels are about $132.48 CAD, 1,000 about $227.97 and 5,000 about $611.97 ($0.122 each). Prices are approximate, taken from our live price list on October 6, 2026. Enter your quantity in the quote builder for the exact total with standard shipping included.
Typically about 350 to 1,100 per roll, based on one lane of labels on a 3 in core wound up to 6 in across. Where you land in that range depends on the unwind direction: the long side running along the roll gives fewer labels per roll. Bigger orders ship on more than one roll, and you can ask for a set count per roll in your order notes.
The price per label falls as quantity goes up: about $0.530 each at 250, $0.228 at 1,000 and $0.122 at 5,000. For bigger runs, choose a custom quantity in the quote builder to see the exact total.
Yes. Enter the width and height the way your artwork reads; 2.75 × 9 and 9 × 2.75 in are the same price. For rolls, also pick the unwind direction so labels come off the roll the right way up for your product or applicator.
At about 24.75 sq in, think a full panel with directions, nutrition facts or a long ingredient list plus a barcode. A good rule of thumb is to keep text about 1/16 in (1.5 mm) inside the cut line and run backgrounds past the edge.
Measure the flat or straight part of the container. The label needs a panel at least 2.75 in by 9 in, with a little margin. If you want it to wrap all the way around, the long side (9 in) covers a round container of about 2.9 in diameter with a small gap.
