Why it matters
Order 24 or 48 labels for one carboy, then print a new design for the next recipe without leftover stock from the last one.
Waterproof BOPP does not absorb water the way paper does, which suits condensation and ice-bucket splashes.
Leave space for style, ABV and bottling date, which many homebrew competitions ask for on or near the bottle.
A custom label with a name, joke or inside reference turns a bottle into a present that gets photographed, not just consumed.
Choose sheet labels for hand application in small batches, sized to the flat area of your bottle. Gloss shows beer colours well, and clear works on clear glass if you want a minimal look. Order your bottle count plus a few spares for each recipe.
Put the beer name large and use a small line for style, ABV and bottling date. Leave a plain area if you like to write the bottling date by hand with a marker.

Homebrew Labels FAQ
The quote builder lets you set the quantity for your size and shape. Enter the batch size you need, add a few spares for application mistakes, and see what is available.
Selling alcohol requires a licence and compliant labelling in Canada. Our labels are fine for gifts and personal use. If you plan to sell, check provincial rules and see our craft beer labels page.
These are permanent labels, which is what you want on a finished bottle. If you re-use bottles, plan to scrub and soak them, and test how the label removes on your own bottles.
