Common applications
Tiny strips mark wires, small tools, keys and parts where a regular label will not fit.
Nail polish, fragrance samples and essential oil minis take a very narrow strip or a tiny label that does not overwhelm the bottle.
Very small rectangles carry a date, lot code, colour or initials on tiny products, sample bags and parts.
These are typical uses, not requirements. Measure your container first; the FAQ below shows how.

Need a little more or less room? Compare rectangle labels one step smaller: 0.5 × 1.25 in, 0.75 × 1 in and one step larger: 0.75 × 1.25 in, 0.5 × 2 in, or browse all label sizes.
Decide on portrait or landscape first; the quote builder prices both the same, and the unwind direction sets how the roll comes off. Small labels need bold, simple artwork: a strong logo and short words read better than a list.

Expect roughly $117.98 CAD for 1,000 matte roll labels at this size, which works out to $0.118 per label; 250 come to about $108.21. The table above lists more quantities. Your exact price, with standard shipping, appears in the quote builder as soon as you set the quantity.
Typically about 1,900 to 5,100 per roll, based on one lane of labels on a 3 in core wound up to 6 in across. The range depends on whether the long or short side runs along the roll, which follows the unwind direction you choose. Bigger orders ship on more than one roll, and you can ask for a set count per roll in your order notes.
0.5 × 1.5 in is about 13 × 38 mm. You can switch the quote builder to centimetres and enter the size in cm if your packaging is specified in metric.
It is the same label turned 90 degrees, and the price is identical. Type the size the way your artwork reads (portrait or landscape), then choose the unwind direction that suits how you apply the labels.
The smallest quantity is 100 labels, and orders have a $50 minimum. 100 of these come to about $127.55, already above the minimum, so a short run is fine.
Plan for a logo plus a product name, or two or three short lines of text. Keep important text and logos a little inside the cut line (about 1/16 in, 1.5 mm, is a good rule of thumb) and use a background that runs past the edge as bleed.
