Designing a 8 × 11 in rectangle label
Leave the right edge clear if the label wraps a bottle, so the overlap or gap does not cut through text. Design at full size and check it from a few steps back: headline text should be large enough to read at a distance, and images need enough resolution for the print size (about 300 dpi at final size).

How many 8 × 11 in labels come on a roll?+
Typically about 280 to 390 per roll, based on one lane of labels on a 3 in core wound up to 6 in across. The range depends on whether the long or short side runs along the roll, which follows the unwind direction you choose. Bigger orders ship on more than one roll, and you can ask for a set count per roll in your order notes.
Can I order 11 × 8 in instead of 8 × 11 in?+
It is the same label turned 90 degrees, and the price is identical. Type the size the way your artwork reads (portrait or landscape), then choose the unwind direction that suits how you apply the labels.
Is there a minimum order?+
The smallest quantity is 100 labels, and orders have a $50 minimum. 100 of these come to about $144.81, already above the minimum, so a short run is fine.
What materials are available for 8 × 11 in labels?+
Matte BOPP is our default (about $554.16 for 1,000 at this size). Glossy is about $587.41, clear about $631.74 and freezer grade about $676.08 for the same 1,000. All of them are waterproof; choose freezer grade for cold or frozen products and clear for a no-label look.
Will a 8 × 11 in label fit my bottle or jar?+
Check the straight wall, not the curved shoulder or base: you need at least 8 × 11 in of flat or gently curved surface. Wrapped around a round container, a 11 in length covers one about 3.5 in across, leaving a small gap.
