Decide on portrait or landscape first; the quote builder prices both the same, and the unwind direction sets how the roll comes off. Large labels are easy to overfill; group information into blocks and keep the brand clear from a distance.

About $323.45 CAD for 1,000 ($0.323 each) and $151.58 for 250, on matte roll stock. At 5,000 the total is about $864.89, or $0.173 per label. We wind rolls to your order. As a guide, a single-lane roll of 5.5 × 7.5 in rectangle labels on a 3 in core and up to 6 in across holds about 410 to 560 labels. Where you land in that range depends on the unwind direction: the long side running along the roll gives fewer labels per roll. Larger orders are split over several rolls. If your dispenser or applicator needs a specific core, roll size or count per roll, add a note to your order.
It is the same label turned 90 degrees, and the price is identical. Type the size the way your artwork reads (portrait or landscape), then choose the unwind direction that suits how you apply the labels.
Quantities start at 100 labels and every order has a $50 minimum. At this size 100 labels already come to about $129.06, so the minimum does not change your price; most of a small order is the fixed set-up part, which is why the price per label drops quickly as you order more.
Matte BOPP is our default (about $323.45 for 1,000 at this size). Glossy is about $342.86, clear about $368.73 and freezer grade about $394.61 for the same 1,000. All of them are waterproof; choose freezer grade for cold or frozen products and clear for a no-label look.
Plan for a full panel with directions, nutrition facts or a long ingredient list plus a barcode. Keep important text and logos a little inside the cut line (about 1/16 in, 1.5 mm, is a good rule of thumb) and use a background that runs past the edge as bleed.
