Between sizes? Compare rectangle labels one step smaller: 2 × 2.75 in, 1 × 5.5 in and one step larger: 1.25 × 4.5 in, 2 × 3 in, or browse all label sizes.
Leave the right edge clear if the label wraps a bottle, so the overlap or gap does not cut through text. There is room for hierarchy here: one large element, one medium line and small supporting text.

1.5 × 3.75 in rectangle labels FAQ
Prices and roll counts on this page are estimates. The quote builder gives your exact price before checkout, and every order starts with a free proof.
On matte rolls, 250 labels are about $126.45 CAD, 1,000 about $129.32 and 5,000 about $226.52 ($0.045 each). Prices are approximate, taken from our live price list on October 6, 2026. Enter your quantity in the quote builder for the exact total with standard shipping included.
Typically about 820 to 1,900 per roll, based on one lane of labels on a 3 in core wound up to 6 in across. The range depends on whether the long or short side runs along the roll, which follows the unwind direction you choose. Bigger orders ship on more than one roll, and you can ask for a set count per roll in your order notes.
Yes. Enter the width and height the way your artwork reads; 1.5 × 3.75 and 3.75 × 1.5 in are the same price. For rolls, also pick the unwind direction so labels come off the roll the right way up for your product or applicator.
Check the straight wall, not the curved shoulder or base: you need at least 1.5 × 3.75 in of flat or gently curved surface. Wrapped around a round container, a 3.75 in length covers one about 1.2 in across, leaving a small gap.
At about 5.62 sq in, think a brand, product name and a few lines such as flavour, weight or a short description. A good rule of thumb is to keep text about 1/16 in (1.5 mm) inside the cut line and run backgrounds past the edge.
We print digitally on HP Indigo onto waterproof BOPP, cut the rectangle shape in-house and wind the labels onto rolls. At this size about 3 fit across the press web and about 69 in each 38.55 in repeat.
