Order once the guest count and wording are final, and allow time for a proof round and shipping, which is usually a few days. Leaving a buffer of a week or two before the event keeps stress low.
Can I print different text for different tables or guests?+
Different text means separate designs, each with its own quantity. For many variations, group them into a small number of designs, such as one per table colour, to keep proofing manageable.
Are the labels safe to put on food jars or bottles?+
You can apply labels to the outside of sealed jars and bottles. For anything that touches food directly, we recommend you check requirements and keep labels on outer packaging only.
