Squares look best with a centred layout and an even margin on all four sides. There is room for hierarchy here: one large element, one medium line and small supporting text.

About $136.97 CAD for 1,000 ($0.137 each) and $128.20 for 250, on matte roll stock. At 5,000 the total is about $272.98, or $0.055 per label. These are approximate prices from our live price list as of October 6, 2026; the quote builder shows your exact price, including standard shipping, before you add to cart.
We wind rolls to your order. As a guide, a single-lane roll of 2.75 × 2.75 in square labels on a 3 in core and up to 6 in across holds about 1,100 labels. Larger orders are split over several rolls. If your dispenser or applicator needs a specific core, roll size or count per roll, add a note to your order.
The price per label falls as quantity goes up: about $0.513 each at 250, $0.137 at 1,000 and $0.055 at 5,000. For bigger runs, choose a custom quantity in the quote builder to see the exact total.
Same price on rolls. The 2.75 × 2.75 in square gives 7.56 sq in against about 5.94 sq in for a 2.75 in circle, about 27% more room for text, while the circle sits more neatly on round lids.
At about 7.56 sq in, think a brand, product name and a few lines such as flavour, weight or a short description. A good rule of thumb is to keep text about 1/16 in (1.5 mm) inside the cut line and run backgrounds past the edge.
Measure the flat or straight part of the container. The label needs a panel at least 2.75 in by 2.75 in, with a little margin. If you want it to wrap all the way around, the long side (2.75 in) covers a round container of about 0.9 in diameter with a small gap.
