We wind rolls to your order. As a guide, a single-lane roll of 1.5 × 6 in rectangle labels on a 3 in core and up to 6 in across holds about 520 to 1,900 labels. The range depends on whether the long or short side runs along the roll, which follows the unwind direction you choose. Larger orders are split over several rolls. If your dispenser or applicator needs a specific core, roll size or count per roll, add a note to your order.
Measure the flat or straight part of the container. The label needs a panel at least 1.5 in by 6 in, with a little margin. If you want it to wrap all the way around, the long side (6 in) covers a round container of about 1.9 in diameter with a small gap.
Yes. Enter the width and height the way your artwork reads; 1.5 × 6 and 6 × 1.5 in are the same price. For rolls, also pick the unwind direction so labels come off the roll the right way up for your product or applicator.
1.5 × 6 in is about 38 × 152 mm. You can switch the quote builder to centimetres and enter the size in cm if your packaging is specified in metric.
Plan for a full front label with a description, or a back label with ingredients and directions. Keep important text and logos a little inside the cut line (about 1/16 in, 1.5 mm, is a good rule of thumb) and use a background that runs past the edge as bleed.
